Searching for a New Hire Record

To search for a new hire record which has been previously submitted, use the Search section above the list of reported new hires at the bottom of the Home Dashboard screen. You can search for a record using any of the following criteria: SSN/ITIN, first or last name, date of hire or the date the new hire was reported. You can also sort each of the columns in the list of reported new hires and export the list results to Excel. To clear your search results and return to the default list view, click Clear.

For service bureaus, before searching their list of reported new hires, users must first select the company or organization which they want to view employees/independent contractors from the top section of their Home Dashboard screen.
