Resetting your password if you forgot it
If you forget your password for either a service bureau or employer login, click the Forgot Password link under the Login and Register buttons on the website home page. Identify whether you are an employer or a service bureau by entering your FEIN and email address on file with your account. We will then email you a PIN which you must enter on the webpage provided in order to reset your password. UserIDs cannot be reset.
