Registering allows employers and service bureaus to begin using this website to report new hires, terminations, separations and bonus or lump sum payments, and provides the option to request copies of income withholding notices and calculate income withholding for employees/independent contractors with child support orders.

If you are registering for the first time and will need to view previously submitted records from your agency, you will need to call us to activate that feature after your registration is complete.
For the Florida New Hire system, “Employer” is defined as any person for whom an individual performs or performed any service, of whatever nature, as the employee of such person, and/or a service recipient engaged in a trade or business who pays an individual (independent contractor) $600 or more in a calendar year for services rendered in the course of such trade or business.
